Gift Certificates

When purchasing a gift certificate please be sure to include detailed instructions such as who the gift is going to, who it is from, and, if being mailed, the physical address where it will be going. Pick-ups can be arranged by appointment, and electronic certificates can be emailed to the purchaser or recipient.

Gift certificates are refundable with a 15% fee reduction. GC are transferable. While Gift Certificates do not expire, we ask you use them within 12 months. Gift Certificates used after valid date may be redeemed at 15% off the original purchase price. Gift Certificates given as part of a promotional package or courtesy of CLC Healing Therapies have zero dollar value and will not be honored past the expiration date.

*Cash and Venmo are the preferred payment methods. Visa or MasterCard Credit Cards, Amex or Discover Cards are accepted. Checks are not accepted by first time clients.

*Client Responsibility 

Seeking treatment from a massage therapist, reiki practitioner or health coach does not excuse you from seeing a licensed medical professional. Most often working in conjunction with a team of health care providers will have the best effect on your health and well-being. You are solely responsible for your body, mind, and spirit. Take good care of them.

*Client-Therapist Consultations

Client-therapist consultations are worked into your appointment time. First time clients, and those that usually require more dialog before a treatment, should schedule a longer session. 

*Cancellation & Lateness Policy

We understand that life doesn’t always go as planned. Please be courteous of myself and others, and be on-time, or no more than 5 minutes early, for your appointment. Time is allotted for traffic issues and minor hold-ups. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session will be shortened to allow the appointment to finish on-time and you will be responsible for payment in full. (i.e. Your 60 minute massage will be reduced to 50 minutes and you’ll be charged $95)

If you call or text to cancel your scheduled appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice you will be responsible for the entire cost of your session.  Email cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be considered a no-show and you will be responsible for the cancellation fee. If your slot can be filled with an appointment of equal value, the fee will be waived, or, you’ll receive a credit to use at another time. Exceptions will be made for documented emergencies only. 

Repeated no-shows or cancellations may be required to pre-pay for any future appointments.

If redeeming a gift certificate the appropriate fees will be subtracted from such.
