Halotherapy, also known as dry Salt Therapy is a holistic approach that mimics the micro-climate of a salt cave. Pure pharmaceutical grade salt is heated and ground into tiny micro particles by a halogenerator and the air is dispersed into our treatment room. You simply lounge on our zero gravity chair and relax, and of course breathe. The salt absorbs and removes the allergens, toxins and foreign substances in your lungs and sinuses. Salt also reduces any inflammation and opens airway passages making easier to breath. Halotherapy, is a holistic, drug free, natural therapy to promote better breathing, healthier skin, sounder sleep, improved physical fitness and endurance and overall wellness.

Salt has the following properties:

Currently salt therapy is only offered as an add-on service to your bodywork or reiki session. Simply let us know if you’d like to add on Salt Therapy when scheduling an appointment. The salt session will last for 20 minutes and is $11 extra (for example in your one hour massage the halogenerator will run for 20 minutes).
