*Pregnant women Please consult your doctor before making an appointment. New clients may only schedule with doctor approval and for 60 minutes max.
*Cash is the preferred payment methods. Venmo, Visa or MasterCard Credit Cards, Amex or Discover Cards are accepted. Checks are not accepted by first time clients.
*Client Responsibility
Seeking treatment from a massage therapist, reiki practitioner or health coach does not excuse you from seeing a licensed medical professional. Most often working in conjunction with a team of health care providers will have the best effect on your health and well-being. You are solely responsible for your body, mind, and spirit. Take good care of them.
*Client-Therapist Consultations
Client-therapist consultations are worked into your appointment time. First time clients, and those that usually require more dialog before a treatment, should schedule a longer session. Intake forms are emailed to you prior to your appointment and should be filled out before coming in so you get the full table-time you're seeking.
*Cancellation & Lateness Policy
Your appointments are very important to us at CLC Healing Therapies. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice for all appointment adjustments. All our policies are designed to benefit our clients and our staff to provide the best quality and excellent service for our established and future clientele.
No call/no show will be charged the full-service fee. Cancellations with in 24 hours of appointment time are subject to the same fee if we are unable to re-book that appointment time. If a gift certificate is on file, that fee may be deducted from the gift certificate balance. Exemptions will be made for documented emergencies.
Email cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be considered a no-show and you will be responsible for the cancellation fee.
Arriving late may reduce the time of your treatment in order to ensure the next client will not be delayed. If arriving more than 10 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment and may be responsible for full payment of service that was to be provided.

For your relaxation as well as other clients we ask that you please turn off or place your cell phone on silent. Because we care about your well-being, we would like to let you know that receiving a massage or bodywork can stimulate your immune system. Please call to reschedule your appointment as we will not work on someone with an acute contagious illness.
